Main structure about the steel bar straightening machine

The steel bar straightener is comprised of materials feeding system, straightening system, cutting system, discharging system and electrical control system.

1. Materials feeding system

This part includes driving friction wheels and pulling friction wheels which are powered by pure copper motor. The motor, gears and chain rotate in the meantime as well as drive the front and back friction wheels to roll and finalize the procedure of material feeding.

2. Straightening system

This steel bar straightening and cutting machine’s part mainly works to straighten rebar by fast rotations of straightening barrel. Before starting the straightening and cutting machine, should modulate the position of straightening die in the straightening barrel.

3. Cutting system and discharging system

The two parts of the bar straightening machine work corporately to cut steel bars to certain length. First, the pure copper motor drives the V-belt and gears to rotate. When the straightened bar travels through the round-hole cutting blades, subsequently, reach to cut-to-length switch and touch the rocking plate of cut-to-length switch (which is fixed on the discharging table), the active cutting tool will receive a signal by electromagnetic switch. The electromagnetic switch orders the cutting blade to complete once cutting.
